Special Needs Trusts

Special Needs Trusts are designed to assist individuals with disabilities. Planning for the care of a disabled child or spouse can be very difficult, but is accomplished through a Special Needs Trust. Special Needs Trusts can allow a Grantor to provide for a disabled individual without jeopardizing an individual’s eligibility for government assistance as well as assure that upon the passing of the disabled individual, the remainder of the Trust is held for the benefit of the Grantor’s remaining heirs.
